How can I deactivate my package’s auto-renewal?
You can cancel your auto-renewal by going to Manage Plans from Account Settings and then clicking the toggle to deactivate the auto-renewal option.
If you can’t find the toggle, it means that your package is not on auto-renewal. For further assistance, you can always reach out to the customer success of your account or reach out to us through our Intercom messenger.
If I disabled the auto-renewal before the expiry date, can I still use the package?
Yes, you can still use your package.
Can I get a refund on my auto-renewal?

To ensure that there’s no charge on your card for auto-renewal, turn off the auto-renewal at least a day before your package ends and is automatically renewed.
