Contact credits are the number of job seeker CVs or profiles for which the employer can reveal the contact information — including their phone numbers and email addresses.

The contact details will stay revealed for the duration of your package and once the package expires, you’ll be able to access the revealed contacts for 60 days after the date of expiry.

If you renew the package within 6 months of the package expiration date, your account will retain the access to older contact reveals and CV folders.

Otherwise, if you renew your package after 6 months - you will lose access to history and will have to use a contact reveal for every CV and also create new CV folders, notes etc. from scratch.

Go to Account Settings > Manage Plans and click the pop-out icon.

Here, you’ll be able to see Service Name and its Status, including credits left.
