How do I check my team’s activity (utilization)?

You can do this only through the admin account by going to User Management > View Report for a specific user and track their activities.

Alternatively, you can request the customer success executive to generate the figures from the backend.

Will the contact credit be deducted again if one user has revealed a contact and another sub-user clicks “contact” on the same CV?

No. Once a contact detail has been revealed within the account, the next user will not be charged for the second time.
