How can I use the automated job description tool?

To craft compelling job descriptions to increase applications to your job posts, follow these steps to get started:

  1. Start by clicking Post a job on My Workspace page

  2. Add the Job Title

  3. Select your preferred candidates based on:

    1. Job Location

    2. City

    3. Years of Experience

  4. Click Generate with AI to get your custom job description

  5. Feel free to edit your description anytime by clicking on the pen icon next to the job title on top

  6. Review the optimized description. Click Rewrite description as many times as you want till it meets your exact requirements

  7. Add Skills to your job description to make your post stand out

  8. Make the JD more personalized with just a few more details e.g. gender preference, career level required etc.

  9. Click Continue > Submit to publish your job post and hire candidates faster!
