I added all the requirements in the job post and still some irrelevant candidates apply for the job post. Why?
Make sure you have marked the requirements added to the job post as Required.
Go to My Jobs tab > My Jobs
Click on the post you need to check its requirements
Click on Edit
Scroll down to check the Additional Requirements
Check Required for all the questions that your candidates must answer.
This way, all the irrelevant CVs that don't match your requirements will be moved to the Screened Out folder.
