The keywords can include a job title, skills, certifications etc.

System recommendations

Once you start typing in the search box, our system will automatically start giving you recommendations relevant to your search.

Check the number of CVs matching your search keywords

Before you click on the search button, you will have an idea of how many CVs will appear. You can modify your search criteria to get better results.

Search methods

You will be able to use the following search methods -

All words, Any Words, Exact Order and Boolean Search to modify your keyword search results.

How does each search method work?

  • All Words will search CVs that contain ALL the words written in the search box, in NO PARTICULAR ORDER.

  • Any Word will search for CVs that contain ANY of the words written in the search box.

  • Exact Order will search for CVs that contain ALL of the words in the EXACT order as it is written.

  • Boolean Search provides you with an advanced method to search the CV database. You can use a combination of keywords and the Boolean operators (AND, OR and NOT etc.) to retrieve highly relevant CVs that match what you're looking for.

When you click on the Search CVs button, you will be redirected to the page with candidates matching your search. You can click on any candidate to view their card.

  • The CV card will include the CV ID, last CV update, and the main information such as residence location and job title on top.

  • Employers will now have quick access to essential info like education, work experience, target job and salary expectations, reducing time spent on each CV.

  • Moreover, CV attachments and cover letters are also shown on the CV card instead of opening in a separate window.

  • This will make the process of viewing and interacting with job seeker profiles way easier for our employers. You no longer have to worry about making unnecessary clicks and switching between multiple pages!

With the new CV card, all relevant information about the candidate appears upfront. With this enhanced user interaction with CVs, employers are empowered to make more successful and faster hiring decisions.
