How can I use the keywords filter in the job post?
There are two ways you can do this:
1- Filter CVs that have the keyword you want:
You can filter your applicants manually by going to the applicants’ page and clicking on Search in Applicants. Next, write your keywords and Search CVs.
2- Screen out CVs that don’t have a keyword you want:
You can also automatically screen out applicants who did not have a specific keyword in their profile/CV. To do this:
Go to the Additional Requirements section of the job post.
Add Custom Keyword Screening and
Write your keywords under the Keywords textbox.
Note: Proceed with caution when using this method to avoid screening out any qualified applicant. Also, make sure that you choose the right option from All words, Any word, Exact order, and Boolean search.
